Bio

"I work as an Educational Assistant by day and as a student, completing a certificate in Fine Arts through Emily Carr’s Continuing Studies Program, by night. Exploring various media and techniques, studying masters (old and new) is where I sit. Pre-Covid, for a brief time, I led a small group in mixed media on Friday nights at the Art Machine.  I miss it. I believe in community, fostering connection through the process and practice of both individual growth and shared experience, because we inform each other's practice through connection."

Open Studio description

Open Studio A blocks are not instructional. Personal and open projects are encouraged in a supported creative and communal studio context. Some art materials are included depending on availability and open studio participants should have some prior experience in art making. Several of us are currently working towards a group exhibition titled H and and Knee in August.
