Concerts in the Park - 2026 Call for Artists Submission Form
Attention all music lovers! It's that time of year again. The 2026 Concerts in the Park committee is currently accepting band applications on a rolling basis until March 1st, 2026.
If you or somebody you know are in a band and want to submit your name for consideration, there are two possible ways to submit your info:

Fill out the Google Form LINKED HERE!! All the information submitted will be submitted to our music curator for review and added to our submission sheet.
OR

Email info@hopedistrictartscouncil.com and include your email address, any valuable links, and a video of a live performance. Your information will be forwarded to our music curator, and added to our submission sheet.
PLEASE NOTE: Submitting an application is NOT a guarantee of a spot on our roster - with over 100 applications every year, and only 9 slots available in our summer season, there are simply too many amazing musicians out there to feature every ensemble that would like to perform! All submissions will be juried by our team, and we aim to communicate results of our selection by the end of April. We jury based on: musicianship, vocals, X factor/star qualities, alignment to the community's preferred genres, feasibility within our budget, and social media presence.
Three important things to note before applying:
1) We typically do not feature solo acts/single performers, and have limited spots for duos.
2) We love seeing a range of what an applicant or ensemble can do, and we are always looking for at least one video or audio file of a LIVE performance - the better sense we have of what you are capable in a live setting, the better!
3) All concerts take place on Friday evenings, from 6-8pm, in Hope, on our outdoor bandshell. If this time slot is not possible for your ensemble, then this is not the best place to apply to, as we cannot offer alternative concert times.

Please join us every Friday in July and August (6:30-8:30pm) for FREE live music at the bandshell in Memorial Park! This family friendly event will also feature a 50/50 draw (between 8:15 and 8:30pm).
