Mila Koveschnikova is teaching a six week Mixed Media Painting Class on Wednesdays starting February 4th and ending on March 11th. from 6:30 to 9:00pm!! Students will produce a mixed media artwork every two weeks for a total of 3 finished pieces!

About the Event

Bio:


Mila Koveschnikova was born and raised in Ukraine. She has been painting and drawing since she was a child and depicts largely peaceful pictures that oscillate between cozy interiors and fabulous landscapes shaped by sunlight, gardens, and flowers. Mila works in many different mediums and is an exceptionally ambitious artist and curator at the Hope Arts Gallery.


Class description:


This six week course starts on Wednesday, February 4th and finishes on March 11th. The class focusses on mixed media painting with several different genres explored over the course duration. Students will produce a mixed media painting every 2 weeks using a variety of materials and techniques learned over the six weeks! The first painting will be of a still life (flower arrangement), the second will be of an animal or bird, and the third will focus on the human figure.
